"Look Mom -- I've Been Published!"
Imagine the excitement and sense of pride that your students will experience when they see their work featured, along with those of their classmates, in a professionally published classroom anthology.
How it Works
Your students, of any age, are encouraged to use their creativity to draw or compose pieces to be published in book form. They could be a result of a themed classroom assignment or random creative pieces. Poetry, short stories, essays or artwork are excellent choices.
Once completed, you send the creative pieces to I-Proclaim in our provided envelope along with what you would like on the cover (a group photo of the students is a common choice), and descriptive information for inclusion on the back of the book.
Upon receipt of your material, our production staff designs a completed book, and in six to eight weeks, sends you two complimentary hardbound, printed copies. One for the classroom and one for the school library.
Then, we make the book available for purchase, as both a hardbound and paperback book, on-line at our I-Proclaim bookstore. We even make the book available in environmentally friendly e-book format for viewing on smart phones and computers.
Orders for the book are taken and shipped directly to Moms, Dads, Grandma, Grandpa, aunts and uncles no matter where they might be! We provide you with informational flyers, posters and creative e-mail copy that you can provide to parents.
And, maybe best of all -- a portion of all sales are returned to your school!
Benefits of Participation
Absolutely no cost to the school. Can successfully be used as a fundraiser that involves minimal effort and virtually no paperwork. No orders to collect or distribute, no checks to tabulate. We do it all!
Your school receives 30% of the retail price of each book sold. For a book that sales for $10.00 -- your school will receive $3.00 per book.
Encourages students to write and be creative by providing students with an exciting, clearly defined goal: their work professionally published in a tangible product that is a direct result of their creative hard work. They will point to their book with pride again and again and it will ultimately become a treasured keepsake that will last for years.
Participation instills the love of reading and writing at an early age -- a valuable trait that will last a lifetime.

Once you receive your kit, follow the directions and send in your creative pieces in the envelope provided.
When your book is ready, we will send you two hardbound copies and plenty of materials to help you market your book to friends and family members.
